Growing up in Old Orchard Beach, Erik’s first transactions were at the corner store for Slush Puppies and baseball cards. Now assisting the U&R team as the Transaction Coordinator, he takes pride in ensuring the entire process runs smoothly for everyone. 

Erik’s previous role was in IT, performing hardware installations for animal hospitals. Whenever he would manage an upgrade for a clinic he’d remind himself: “This is a routine Tuesday for me, but it is the most important tech project for this practice in years.” He carries that sense of care forward to real estate. He knows that buying or selling a home is a monumental life event, and is honored to support the U&R agents as they work with Mainers old and new. 

An avid traveler, Erik has visited over 50 countries and has criss-crossed North America by plane, train, and automobile. He’s made many a friend in an airport lounge or a hotel bar, but his most life-changing encounter was meeting his wife, Arlina. His greatest joy now comes from improving his Spanish, which is her first language, and the simple moments of building una buena vida together.
